The Pipeline View includes "Phase Totals" that provide an indication of the value and "shape" of the current Opps pipeline

Points of Interest
- Here we used the filters to see only recently modified Opps
- Status is set to "All" so we see Won and Dead Opps
- Milestones are grouped in Phases. Here we show Phases "Interest", "Development", and "Disposition". You can define your own Phases and Milestones for your company's Classes
- The Phase totals in the bottom row give a good idea of the "shape" of your opportunity pipeline. The $ total for each Opp is credited to the Phase that the most advanced milestone belongs to
- The first milestone and the last 2 milestones are updated automatically when an Opp is created or its status changes to Won or Dead respectively
