Points of Interest
- Assign Issue to a user or make status update without leaving the page
- Notes and Reminders. Individual Notes can be flagged as being customer-viewable or private.
- The support coordinator, Issue submitter, "Assigned To" user, and people listed in the "Internal cc:" field all receive email notifications when the Issue is updated
- The "Internal Bug ID" and "Customer Tracking#" fields can be used to cross-reference this Issue with external systems if needed.
