Email notifications, when enabled, are sent to one or more Roles and other specified users

Points of Interest
- Most Notifications are sent immediately when an event happens, but some such as "Daily Reminder New Issues" are periodic status updates.
- Email Notifications that are not "checked" in the left column are disabled.
- Some notifications are also sent to people associated with the specific record as well as the the specified Roles.
- The Customer Issue notifications are sent to Customer Portal users, all other notifications go to internal users only.
- All email notifications include links to the relevant OppTuna records
