Points of Interest
- Tabs show active/total counts for related Opps, Issues, etc.
- Click the arrow on each Contact listing to show/hide the details
- The icon next to each contact name provides a vCard download to import the Contact info into Outlook or other programs
- Contacts that have email addresses can be enabled as Custoemr Portal Users, meaning they have login access to the Customer Portal described later in the tour.
