Guided Tour
Overview
The Guided Tour provides a structured walk-through of the key features and layout of OppTuna. The Tour is separated into several sections. We suggest you start at the beginning and go in order, since some features that are used in multiple areas of OppTuna are only described the first time we encounter them. However, if you want to skip around, feel free!

Opportunity Summary
For many users, the Opps Summary is the heart of the CRM system. Here you can view the current opportunity pipeline in many ways: What's mine? What's new? What's big? What's overdue?
Opps Details
Here we show the screens for viewing and editing Opp details, as well as some of the OppTuna features used in several other areas, such as notes, attachments, and reminders.
Opps Pipeline View
The Pipeline View is an OppTuna exclusive feature: a one page summary of where you stand on all your open opps according to the custom sales cycle you define for a specific product line, department, or vertical. Convenient in-place editing makes it super easy to review and update your pipeline status in one step.
Accounts
This is where you find and store information about all your Accounts, including customers, prospects, vendors, and partners. Lots of info, but the most important stuff is only a click away.
Leads
View, distribute, and qualify incoming leads from multiple sources, including from your website forms via our easy "DirectPost" interface.
Issues
The Issue Tracker is a ticketing system used to manage customer service requests. Includes an optional customer portal interface to allow authorized customers to submit and track their own issues.
Admin
The Admin interface allows the authorized admin user(s) to customize various aspects of your OppTuna installation, including users, roles, sales process, email notifications of various system events, etc.
Homepage Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a bird's eye view of what's happening in your OppTuna install. Each user picks the widgets that are most useful to them from a management perspective, personal productivity perspective, or both.
