Customization

OppTuna will work right out of the box for most customers, and it includes a variety of built-in tools to help structure your sales process, assign roles, set up email notifications for various events, etc. But sometimes you need more, and the "multi-instance, shared library" architecture of OppTuna provides a surprising amount of flexibility in customizing the functionality and appearance of OppTuna to suit your special requirements, without sacrificing the benefits of the SaaS model such as automatic access to improvements in the base system.

In most cases, custom functionality built on top of OppTuna will be much more robust, mature, and risk-free than a custom application built from the ground up. And it will probably be much less expensive, with typical projects in the $5,000 to $10,000 range rather than the $30,000-and-up range typical of custom business software development projects. Data Import Services

OppTuna includes several features for importing and exporting data from and to popular formats. However, if you happen to have data from another system in an unusual format, transforming it into one of the supported formats for import may be a hassle. We can often do this for you more easily than you can do it yourself, for a small one-time fee. This might be useful, for example, for migrating your account and contact data from your old contact management or CRM system into your new OppTuna system.

Integration with External Systems

You may have other systems that need to share data with your CRM system on a periodic or continual basis.
